33. She is out of control, she needs to be thrown jail like the rest of the of the criminals that she hangs out with. Just who does she think she is anyway. Passing a marked police car and not even knowing that she did that tells me that she was drunk off he ass. I think all these celebrities need to know that this behavior is not going to be tolerated by us the American people of the United States. How would she or all of the American people of this country feel if she had taken a innocent human life. We as a country and a nation need to take back our nation, these celebrities are out of control and we need to put our foot down on the alcohol issues. I think if someone is working at a bar or at a liquor store and a celebrity comes in, just tell them they are stars and they can't be served. I sure that they will understand, somrthing has to be done

35. PEOPLE, YES, DRIVING AND DRINK IS A NO-NO. WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IF ANYONE IS GOING TO PARTY, OR DRINK-USE A TAXI OR SOMEONE TO DRIVE YOU, IF YOU CABN AFFORD TO DRINK--AFFORD A CAB. MY SON DIDN'T--COST HIM 15.OOO AND ALMOST WENT TO PRISON, HE HAD ALOT OF GOOD PEOPLE BEHIND HIM, AND THIS WAS THE FIRST, HE HAD 250 HRS COMMUNITY SERVICE, HIM AND I PAINTED THE ROOMS AT OUR CHURCH. THINGS COULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH WORSE, WHAT IF HE WOULD HAVE KILLED A CHILD, HE DID HURT TO PEOPLE. I WAS A DRINKER, BUT, I CHANGED BEFORE IT WAS TO LATE. I COULDN'T LIVE IF I TOOK AWAY SOMEONES BABY.

40. DUI/DWI is a problem that needs to be looked over and made more strict with punishment. How many kids, teens, adults have to die because of a DUI driver? I am able to say, since I am in law enforcement and also have been hit by a DUI while on duty that to these people its a joke. What bothers me is movie stars are "babied" and its like not a big deal. They should be punished just as harsh. Why is a 30 year old man given the hammer while a star is given a fine, and home arrest? Its all b.s. Both do long jail time. Both pay steep fines. If anyone is killed or hit by them, harsher sentences enacted. This country is a joke all around, no wonder no one likes us.

45. Oh my time for 30 day rehab better check in. It is the "in thing" then come out and start drinking again...

No joking tho she will be advised to check into rehab before going to court to make it look like she is gaining control of her issues......

I sure would lie to know what these celebs do in rehab.. Seems like a vacation retreat more then it is rehab..
It also looks like she is already getting star treatment by our courts.. A OR release i thought you have to spend 24 or 48 hours in jail
