Yes, I'd love to be a fly on the wall of O'Quinn's office. Stern will be made to pay for each and every wrong before this case is done. He will be sorry and the only people around him that I will have sympathy for will be his aged parents. Those poor people have been robbed of their good name, Stern, because of him, and of their not-sizable retirement funds because of him, while he distinguished himself selling photos of himself not crying on the plane back to the Bahamas with Mark Steines and Anna's funeral. Disgusting.

A Stern supporter, "just the facts please", wrote earlier today as if she hasn't heard about the legal action Trainwreck mentions in her later post that Billy Smith has undertaken to return Daniel's body to the US. "Facts" if you read this blog, every page, you'll see there are several excellent posters who constantly post news items about this case. I recommend you read them and you would not write posts that make it sound as if you are completely unacquainted with the case.

For the record, Billy Smith had Sideshow Seidlin hang up on him before he could continue answering O'Quinn's questions, which would surely have brought out the fact that Smith wanted his son brought back to the US.
Had Daniel's wishes been considered, he would never have been buried in the Bahamas. Stern manipulated that by telling Anna there wasn't enough money! What a fantastic lie that was given the photos sales he was engineering in the same time period.
The wrongs that have been done will be undone, but that will take time.

How can you profess as to say that Billy Smith would want his son's body exhumed and moved to Texas? We all heard the phone call on tv, and Billy Smith clearly stated Anna should be buried next to her son.
You can pretend to know what he would have said but then again, you petend to have tea parties online.

Well, since we have heard you lying left and right, we expect you to make ridiculous remarks. However, you impress no one.

Billy Smith was clearly trying to speak further when Seidlin cut him off.
Billy was saying he thought they should be together, but in the states, in the Texas cemetery. Why would you presume to think Billy Smith would want his son to remain buried in another country? Nobody in the states wants their family buried in the Bahamas, trust me on that, especially in the South.
In fact, the family of Anna and Daniel had services for them at the family church, and there were hundreds there, as compared to twenty people at Daniel's funeral in the Bahamas. How brazen of Howard to push Anna to bury her son where she knew he didn't want to lie in the ground of another country. No money to bury Daniel in the states? We all know better than that, and if Anna hadn't been kept drugged she could have figured out what was going on. But, that was the plan, and the plan was in place. You know it and we know it. Everybody knows it. You are the pretender.

Cajun Queen, good post. However, I think I have heard that a sociopath or psychopath could pass a lie detecter test. You know they have little feeling, no compassion, no conscience, and they can lie without remorse, and are as cold as ice. That is why they can torture and kill without feeling anything.
With them there is nothing to it but to do it. They just act on whatever they decide to do, and they believe they are invincible. There is NOTHING they won't do. They can put on an act if necessary, and can be very convincing.

Hello Folks:

My laptop is in the hospital. Seems that my system was infected by a virus that can watch your every keystroke a long with some other ugly bugs. TCH TCH Not nice! I could get paranoid.

I keep thinking about the fact that someone stated (at the end of the E Anna Nicole special) that Anna was so sick when she got to the Hard Rock Hotel that Mo had to carry her in. It makes one wonder who was the last person that saw her (other than the pack of lapdogs that hung around for table scraps) alive?

Also, I can not access my copy of the Final Press Report, but I am sure that Anna had more than one abscess on her rear and that the toxicology report came back negative for infection. The reason Chloral Hydrate is not injected is because it causes abscesses! I wonder how good of an autopsy Dr. Perper did. I wonder if the exact locations of her abscesses are recorded and if the samples that were sent to be tested for infection were saved.

Anybody have any thoughts on these ponderings?

there was a link posted on the Penne site, showing Anna arriving holding hands with GAG GAG HKS. She was wearing dark glasses and 8pm at night. strange in its self.


Others have said what you have stated that she was woozie and had to be carried, helped into the hotel. Which one is true? Cause the Anna in that picture looked pretty healthy to me!!

Fact - The drugs that killed them can be trace back to Stern
Fact - Stern stands to inherit Anna's corporations which otherwise would have been inherited by her son.
Fact- Anna's assets were diverted into the corporations by Stern
Fact -Motive, means and opportunity, those are the necessary elements to convince a jury that a crime was commited.
